Great clothing, dismal customer service

To say I am outraged is an understatement. I have already tweeted out my frustration and had a response from your international division. <br> Shocking service, returned an item that was defective only to be told it could not be returned because it was defective. I have no words for the lack of incompetency. I have emailed the store and will await a response.
