Furious previous Zara online customer

I ordered a dress online, I was told it would take 7 days max to be delivered. Nearly a month later and I have contacted them written on their “chat” from Zara app. They keep saying it’s being delivered in 24 hours everytime. Now I just got an email my order cancelled. No apology no compensation nothing!!! Won’t be ordering from Zara online anymore. Furious customer
