I did an online order with Zara on the 15/01 for R547 and money was debited ..Order number ***., A friend of mines paid R300 into my account and balance showed R0.00 so i went to the bank today and it whowed Zara took the R300 and they are now refusing the refund me, they telling i have to go back to my bank please help my contact number is ***.
