False advertising

<p>went to Zara in Gateway(Durban) on Sunday to buy a Zara perfume(Sweet Vanilla), it was on display but they told me the they dont have stock when i wanted to purchase it, i was mad and i left the Shop. at the back of my mind i told myself i got finished and they were not aware to take it off the shelves.</p> <p> </p> <p>27.02.2017 i called Zara Gateway to actually get the name of the perfume because i forgot it and they asisted me, then i called Zara Cresta to find out if they have Zara(Sweet vanilla) perfume in stock and they said yes and i was like great i will send my colleague that stays close to go get for me. my Colleague went there and Bammmm again the tester was on shelves but they said they dont have anymore stock.</p> <p>how can they not have stock when i called and surely if u sell the last product u remove the tester to indicate that the stock is no longer available. they must train their staff for merchandising and defintely i wont be going there anytime soon and as for the attitude they must work on that too they didnt even bother in offering to call close by Zara and find out for me if they have the stock available.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
