Failure to follow detail to custmer request

On the 3rd of Sept I made an purchase via ZARA online and I had requested for my order to be delivered in EASTGATE MALL ZARA which is convineint for me, for some odd reasons today received an email confirming that my order was delivered and ready for collection at ZARA Sandton not the designated store I chose.

as a loyal customer im disappointed because I did not get any empathy or sense of remorse from the team and I was PROUDLY INFORMED THAT I CANNOT GET ANY ASSISTANCE, but oh well I've learnt that customers will always be bul**** by ******* pathetic management who don't always follow details to customers request
