Extremely Rude and Unprofessional Staff

I visited Zara on Sunday afternoon with my boyfriend. I took a few items of clothing to the changing rooms to try on and my boyfriend followed me. Upon entering the changing rooms, the changing room clerk/ person in the front who gives you the tag with the number on it raised her voice at my boyfriend telling him to stay put and that he had to stay in the front. Now, whether it was because he was a man in the changing room or the fact that he was holding a shopping bag from another shop, I'm not too sure. Her tone was firstly unacceptable as an employee to a customer. I tried on an item of clothing and stepped out of the changing room to show my boyfriend where he walked towards me to get a better look. At this, this woman and another clerk that was sitting there shouted (yes, shouted) at my boyfriend to stand in a spot she pointed at and told me to "COME OUT...YOU MUST COME OUT". I felt like a child in trouble at boarding school. We were being spoken to like absolute trash. There was another customer walking in at that moment and the poor woman was so confused and thought she was being shouted at. I have never been spoken to like that before as a customer, and at an "up-market" shop like Zara no less. I went back into my changing room, got redressed and slammed my clothes back on her table, telling her she was very rude and that I was actually planning on buying all 3 items I had taken. Because of her disgusting attitude she lost the shop a sale of what was going to be about R2000. I was so livid that somebody would speak to me like that, and judging by many other reviews I found on hellopeper.com, mine is not the first or only complaint about rude staff at Zara, Eastgate. It's quite apparent that Zara's management doesn't train or even really care about their staff and their attitudes. Because of this incident, I will never visit another Zara, nor will I ever recommend that anyone goes there. The snotty attitude and disgusting behaviour at this shop is quite repulsive. Treating your customers like ********* is not a good look. Teach your staff some etiquette and politeness.
