I went to your store at Mall of Africa to return a perfume that was sold to me in error because I asked for wonderose and instead I was given tuberose. Unfortunately I only realized this a couple of days later and I could only return it today because not only do I stay far but I work. I'd also just like to add that the service at Mall of Africa is **********. I was assisted by Nthabiseng who wouldn't give me her surname after her colleague whispered to her not to and when I asked why she said she was the only Nthabiseng at Zara.
