Extremely disappointing service

I purchased a garment from Zara, however upon wearing it found it to be the wrong size. Having the correct receipt but not the card used to purchase it, I asked my spouse to return and get a voucher due to my extensive travels. The Zara staff refused to assist and during my absence the 30 day time window expired, so I'm now stuck with a very expensive garment that i cannot use.
