Explain policy ya nontrolley store is huge enough

***,no trolley in the stores in a mall with more than 200 shops,so they telling me I must carry my shopping bags with my hands since they isn't even a guard to get on my trolley where there is even a diamond level shopping with items costing 10k and more so I must just live and shop in faith that my items are not gonna be ****** by the Zara menlyn door.
