Exchange policy is BS

Been a loyal customer of Zara since it came to SA. Ordered shoes online, they came quite quickly as well. I wanted to exchange them at the Menlyn store. I got refused a exchange due to the shoes being in ‘unsalable’ conditions, even though the shoes were in a good condition. Really dissatisfied and disappointed with this branch. Customer service is not a priority.
