Zara couldn’t exchange shoes because I had no slip shoes had tag and I bought them at Sandton where I was returning them..requested they go back too their records n assist but apparently they don’t have a system that keeps record n makes it easily accessible but they are rendering a service..it’s ridiculous for such a huge store too do such
