Empty promises as Zara

1 wanted a dress that they only had available in the window.I asked the manager whether they can contact me when they change the mannequin He promised will do so .He took my details. I contacted the store weekly to hear if dress still available and was. Told every time that they will contact me. 3 weeks later i went to the branch myself. Mannequins changed , no dress anywhere. They then told me that dress was damaged and send back. Customer service at Zara Walmer Park Port Elizabeth is pathetic, very disappointed customer
