Durban Zara Is a No GO! Don’t say I never warned you!

I have been purchasing linen dress’s from Zara for over 5 years, when I first started they were R899, they have now gone up to R1299! I am embarrassed to say I have over 40! My most recent purchase is by far the most shocking quality! I bought it last week, and wore it once, only to discover how shocking the quality was, I took it straight back less then a week later to be told that, things have gone up and I should have seen this when I tried it on, the Gateway manager was absolutely unhelpful, especially to a very regular customer, she offered no assistance what so ever, even when I showed her my complaint as to the composition of the fabric! Zara this service in the Durban branch in South Africa is not acceptable! This store constantly has one till open to a shop full of customers as they never want to cash up any other till either! The Aircon is always off even when it’s 40 degrees outside too! My complaint will be escalated as far as I can take it! Even if it means taking it to England to have my case heard! I will not go back to Durban.
