Dress torn and with no label,looks like it has already been worn

I made a purchase on the Zara app.The clothes were divided into 2 shipments,I received the 1st shipment with no problem,the second one took forever,the date of delivery kept being postponed. When it finally arrived,1 of the items(a dress) is torn and does not have a tag,it looks like it’s been worn.I’m very dissapointed
