Double charged by Zara

Zara online has double charged me for 1 product and when I tell them they denying saying that I should check my bank I went to Capitec which they tell me they will escalate the matter and get back to me in 14 days which that too long coz I need that money as in like yesterday

And it not the first time they doing this and tell u abt pre authorisation yet they deduct money on that pre authorisation and deduct again once ur order has been approved
