Double charge on order! Don't recommend online purchases!!!

Had an unfortunate experience with Zara online a few weeks back. I purchased an item worth R1399, and was happy with everything. However, a few days before my order could be delivered to the Zara Umhlanga store, another R1399 was deducted from my account. I had to get my bank to put the double charge matter to their card disputes department. After about 17 days I got my money back. I decided to get a refund too, so I got R2798 back. Must have been a mistake, but such things shouldn't happen and Zara needs to make sure they don't accidentally charge twice on a purchase. I uninstalled their app and will rather pay in store with CASH in future.
