DON’T SHOP AT ZARA ONLINE

I a livid with customer service received from this place. I ordered clothes online on the 18th of APRIL 2020, to date I have NOT received ANYTHING! When I make follow ups they keep telling me that my order has been shipped! I paid so much money for the items ordered!!! I’m super ****ed and I feel powerless. At this point I just need a refund!
