Dont Shop at Zara Gateway

So we purchased a dress for my mum in law. Incorrect size so she goes to store with original packaging, original till slip/ recipt etc. Their idiotic cashiers distinctly deny to exchange or refund as apparently I needed to be there as it was purchased on my debit card. ( What nonsense) I called the store and went between Omar Khan & Fiona with them insisting that this is not thier policy but stuipid staff. ( The staff the supposed to train) . I now will be paying them a perosnal visit with my loudspeaker voice as they have failed to contact me as Omar has promised. <br> <br> Be prepared for me this week-end 'ZOORA' at Gateway Mall.<br> <br> ps. this is not my first complaint about this store!
