Don't buy from ZARA! You will regret it!

Zara's quality in clothing is something to be ashamed of. Took my white jacket to the dry cleaners and came out grey due to the brightners they use on their materials. Jacket is totally ruined and they not willing to take responsibility. I have the slip that shows it was purchased 3 months ago and under CPA they need to refund me for their bad quality however they just out rightly refuse. Suppose to get a call back from "customer care" within 48 hours and its been a week now and still no call. Worst customer service ever experienced, and their total lack of comprehension of the brand damage they doing goes beyond my mind as to how they still in business. Needles to say I wont be purchasing from them ever again, they outright ***** your money!
