Don't buy any Zara cloths as a gift!

My mom bought my daughter the entire current Zara kids range age 13-14yrs for Christmas along with 2 pairs of shoes size 4. She bought each child in the family as well as close friends children Zara cloths easily spending R10,000.00!!! (another friend Natasha also could not exchange an outfit for another size) The shoes are too small, my mom did not retain the slip thinking an exchange on an item with the tag on, unworn, of the current range would gladly be exchanged for the right size... Alas! Zara does not offer it's customers this service which I find quite shocking! In short, you cannot gift any Zara cloths!!!! Because if they do not fit and there is no slip they WILL NOT exchange them, not for something else, nor for a different size! No more shopping at Zara for us.....
