DOES ZARA THINK THEY TO POSH FOR TROLLEYS- PATHETCI

No trolley policy in the Zara store. Saturday the 29th of June my fiancé an I wanted to go into the Zara store. Only to be told rudely that no trolleys are allowed in store. We must leave the trolley in the front of the store and the store is also not responsibility for the trolley. This trolley had over 6k items in trolley. In the same instance they also tell us that the Friday a trolley was ****** from there store. Asking for the manager was pointless as she continued with this is the zara policy. End of story. Pathetic! Does Zara think they above all stores? Does Zara think they to posh for trolleys? Seriously! No sign on window say no trolleys allowed. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth! IF this is the way Zara treats people then I will advise everybody I know not to spend money at any Zara as this is not the way you treat people. I was not the only client complaining about this on Saturday! PATHETIC
