Do not order from Zara online

I made an online order from Zara on the 1st of May, the funds were debited from my account and I even received an email confirming the order. I have, however been debited with the same amount AGAIN! Their customer services on Facebook and Twitter is appalling; their Online chat service also does not provide assistance. They do not provide any number for their customer services department where one can speak to am actual human being. I am NEVER using their service again!
