DO NOT buy from ZARA online store

Don’t purchase anything from ZARA SA online. This is the most frustration online purchase experience I have ever had. I made purchase worth over R5500 on the 18th of June and was promised delivery by the 1st of July at most. It’s the 3rd of July and I still do not have goods purchase or getting any acceptable explanation. I am due to travel out of Johannesburg tomorrow and will not be at the delivery address for over a month at least. I have requested details of the Courier so I can arrange pick up myself but even this is not provided. Every attempt to chat with their representatives has led to the same cryptic answers. No one can commit to a date of delivery. I am asking for a refund now, but I can’t get that because “order has been processed already”. So I can’t get my order at this time, neither can I get a refund. No set date to receive my order and no guarantee of getting my money back. Save yourself a lot of trouble and purchase from a different online store.
