Dissatisfied

First I returned a part of Jean's and I didn't get my refund,I tried to "chat" more than 10 times but I never got through and never got any help R699 gone down the drain.I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Second I ordered on the 26th of November today it is the 8th of December and I still haven't received my order that is worth almost R2000.
