Dissapointing ZARA service

I am so disappointed with ZARA online shopping. I made an online purchase on the 18 June 2020. to date I haven't received my clothes. ZARA promised to deliver between 24 June - 01 July 2020. Today is the 2 July and still no delivery. ALL I received was an email postponing the delivery to 6 July and no reason. I called Aramex and I was on hold for 10 minutes then I decided to hang-up. This is not acceptable, mind you I live in Fourways not in the a remote area, deliveries always come faster.
