Disregard of the CPA and appalling customer service

If i will ever set foot in Zara stores! Went to their Menlyn branch on the 27th of April and the price scanned was higher that the marked price. I was told that their store policy says that we should pay the higher scanned prices and that the CPA meant nothing to them. The store manager Mantoa was very rude and condescending. I am never shopping there again and neither will my friends and family. I reported this to the National Consumer Commission and hope they will do something about all these complaints against Zara.
