Disinterested in helping customers

<p>From Zara Sandton City I went to Zara Mall of Africa as I wanted to purchase a jacket and they had two in my size. I found one with a stain on and even though there were two on the system Penny the manager didn't even bother checking. She was so blazay and unhelpful. I left the store and returned to take the damaged one ... that's how much I liked it . I walked in and found the other one in plain sight. I cannot explain her attitude. She should not be dealing with customers leave alone being a manager. I'm a regular customer at Zara and I'm sooooo disappointed. </p>
