Disgusting treatment by Zara staff

This store has the worst Customer Care policy ever. Their staff have bad attitudes and treat customers as if they are trash.

Being in a shopping mall, going to various shops, I had a trolley of goods when I tried to enter Zara Eastgate. The door attendant told me they don't allow trolleys in the store and I needed to leave my trolley at the entrance. I asked if someone would watch it as I had goods in excess of R3000 in it. She told me she will not watch it. With everyone wearing masks, how sure could I be that someone would not walk out with my trolley, and clearly Zara would not reimburse me if it went missing.

How long do they think they will remain open. If they lose 300 Customers a month due to bad service at an average purchase rate of R2000 per time, do they think the way they treat their customers are sustainable?

I've never had a good experience in their stores but this is the final straw.
