Disgusting services

Very very disgusting customer service !!

I placed an order on the 21 of Jan and still haven’t received my order. I made a couple of enquiries and was told that the parcel would be delivered “ as soon as possible “. They offered me a refund instead of delivery, how can I wait on something for an entire month only to be told about a refund! I am very disgusted by their poor services!!
