Disgusting service

this is so disaapointing. did an online purchase on the 4th of August and its now the 18th and nothing yet. such a well known retail company with such poor services given to its customers. they dont even have a contact number for us to call and the cresta shop doesn't even pick up their land lines. instead they hang up. this is appalling. and very frustrating because this is our money to be given such ******* service
