DISGUSTING EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY

i purchased a few items a week ago, but had my 3 toddlers with me. I therefore did not try the items on but intended trying them on at home. When i got home, i tried the shoe i bought. i am usually a 37, but it was tight, and i then knew i had to return it. I assumed the slip was still in the bag, because i did not take it out, but it must have fallen out somewhere.<br> They will NOT refund me, or even change for another size! <br> When i asked to speak to the manager, he wouldnt budge either.<br> They gave me an email address for assistance, but the email said the same thing. Basically that they wont budge.<br> R700 down the drain- they will not even even exchange it!<br> I am quite disgusted. I am not trying to cheat them out of anything.<br> <br> Think twice before shopping at Zara. Once you've paid, they do not care.
