Disgusting customer Service SIES

Zara in Sandton has the Worst customer service I have ever experienced. On Friday the 05/07/2019 we went to zara and we saw the item was in stock on line we phoned the cresta store and they doubled checked and told us the item we need is in the Sandton we got there gave the code the lady rolled her eyes and said she didn’t have it we then said we called and it shows on the site that you guys have it, any ways she found 1 shoe and not the pair we asked if we could get help to find the other shoe she said no and walked away. We left the shoe as we were running late we called later to ask if the shoe was found they said no and cut the call. We phone the next day and they keep cutting my call when I ask to check stock availability. I have proof of the many times I called and how long I waited on line for them to just keep cutting the call. I feel like this is putrid if they cannot help their customers rather close the store down or get people to train them or even better get people who want a job and will be nice to their customers. This is really out of hand and I’m sure I’m not the only complaining about them. Also why would they keep 1 shoe and not a pair? And lie that there’s no stock? Zara in Sandton gives the whole Zara brand a bad name.
