Disgusting customer service

Zara has got to be the worst retail outlet in Sandton city to deal with! I received a gift for my new born baby and was given the incorrect size for the season, I tried to exchange the gift for anything else in the store and they were not interested in assisting me in any way whatsoever. Shame on you Zara! Competition is fierce and you are doing your brand such harm in such a competitive market
