Disgusting Customer Service

<p>I bought a shirt from Zara Sandton, in Johannesburg (a quite expensive shirt too). The shirt had a hole in it, but I had only noticed when I got to university in Grahamstown. I tried to swap it at the Zara at Walmar Park in Port Elizabeth. They didn't have my size and were super eager to give me a gift card, but extremely reluctant to give me my money back due to the fact that the card that was used to purchase the shirt was in Johannesburg with my mother. They would claim to be 'reasoning with me' but actually just follow their unhelpful policy. After a long and emotionally draining experience, and after being spoken to like I was dirt by the employees, my mother got through to management on the phone and quoted the customer act to them. I got my money back in the end, but would have far preferred never having had to have dealt with such poor customer treatment. </p>
