Disgusting customer service

<p>Yesterday i went to Zara Tygervally to follow up on a phone call request that was lodged by one if the Managers to call me back regarding tights that i bought from zara.</p> <p>I own more then four pairs of tights from zara all of them they've got a problem either the zip or the lining is not correct or the elastic has a problem. I and complained regarding this matter a lady with deadlock (Manager )too my details and wrote down the issue i had and she said i will receive a phone call from customer service or soneone will follow up. Ever since that day which is about a month ago i have not heard anything from Zara.</p> <p>I went to follow up yesterday and requested to speak to a manager on duty, A lady by the name of Noxy came to listen to what my problem was, however she was so RUDE AND UNHELPFUL.</p> <p>After explaining myself to her she then asked me when did i purchase the good i told her i cant remember and she then said she wont be able to assist me. She did not even follow up as to wgy8i wasn't callef back she just gave me stinking attitude.</p> <p>I then asked another store assistant by the name of Andiswa as to who does this noxy reports too, she then told me that the store manager was not available, she realised how furious i was and she apologized on behalf of Noxy who was extremely unprofessional as i was trying to explain myself again to Andiswa and her colleague, Noxy shouted at them and tild them to go back to their duties.</p> <p>I work in the service industry and i value our customer's i was shocked by the treatment and behaviour i experienced at ZARA tygervally.</p>
