Disgusting attitude

Wrote a google review about the below experience and Zara has never bothered. Shocking!

Went in to do an exchange on the 27/07/2019. When I got to the till the lady didn’t even acknowledge me and I put my packet on the till desk. She then asked if I want to use the same back. I said sure. She rang up my order and told me the full price for the pants and I said I’m exchanging shouldn’t it be less. She told me I didn’t tell her I was exchanging. If she asked I would have but also i would leave my house with an empty Zara paper bag as if I’m going to pic n pay ????. She was so rude and told me next time I must say of I’m doing an exchange. Such bull **** service and stinking attitude. For a high end international brand you sure know how to select your staff. I have such bad luck with Zara staff.
