Disgusted Customer

I would like to share my experience on the 07/08/2019 I made a call to ZARA shopping store around this time +-12 pm asking them to reserve a sneaker (6416/301) to which the lady I spoke to agree that she will, she took my name and mobile number this lady did not give me her name so yesterday 08/08/2019 I went to the store to my surprise there was no reservation that was made and I stood there for +- 10 minutes before I could be assisted by a lady who tried but still I am upset because I wasted my time and money and the cashier who initially assisted me did not get back to me nor asked me to stand aside I stood there hopelessly, it felt like I did not exist at all it's so sad because I believe when they wanted that job they promised to assist customers to the best of their ability.

Secondly the manager or the supervisor that was in the store she did not care either.
