Disgusted

Had the most disgusting service from Zara, Walmer Park store. First my wife lost her phone there and they were not willing to assist her and I bought a shoe there and I wasn’t happy with because it was uncomfortable and it had a clear factory fault and they refused to take the shoe back. H&M please open already, we can’t wait for your professionalism
