DISGRACE

Such a terrible shopping experience I have with Zara. I made a purchase online on the 20/01/2024 and the estimate delivery was suppose to be between 31/01/2024 - 01/02/2024 then the estimated time changed and was told that the order will arrive on the 02/02/2024 - 05/02/2024 now I am waiting for the order, then they change again and say the order is estimated for 06/02/2024 - 07/02/2024. I mean what is this all madness? I create time to cater for the delivery but I see that I am taken for a fool because it’s changes and changes that they inconvenience my plans all together! I never thought I will have such a bad shopping experience. I’m so sick of this! Next time if you think of buying something from Zara come and read this then you will decided if this kind of treatment is suitable for a customer.
