Disappointed customer

Zara has the worst online service. Ordered online with the expected delivery date of 25 Sept 2025. Today is 12 October 2025, still nothing. When I went to ask at gateway they said I should be patient 🤷🏾♀️. Online they ask for details but never do anything about it.

I would recommend going to their stores should you wish to buy from them. ☹️
