Disappointed by Zara's defective stock

<p>I went to Zara especially to purchase a shoe I had seen in passing which I really liked. To my dismay the pair on the floor was scratched. I then requested a new pair and 15 minutes later the sales assistant came back to me with 3 pairs all of which were scratched and tarnished. Extremely disappointed by the bad quality </p>
