Disappointed-bad service

i have never been so disappointed with zara before but right now i am so frustrated with their service. i bought items December and they delivered wrong items on the 08 jan and i returned them to their zara menlyn on the 10jan since then the matter is not resolved. i spoke to few agents but still no luck. i really wanted my items not refund but what more can i do.
