Disappointed and discouraged

I've placed an online order on the 5th February my order was supposed to be delivered between 11 and 16 February, so yesterday got an update the that estimated delivery date will be the 18th February and today the estimated delivery change to 22 February 2022. I'm really disappointed as a first time buyer and discouraged to buy again. I didn't expect this especially Zara
