Disappointed

I purchased a pair of jeans from Zara GATEWAY.I am pass the 30 day return policy by 2 days.There is no one that is prepared to assist or to try and escalate my matter.I am now left with R700 pair of ill fitted jeans.They have told me there's nothing they can do.I just want to do an exchange I'm not asking for my money back.
