Disappointed

Good Day I feel very disappointed about an order that should’ve been delivered on the 15/06/2020 order number: ***. What surprises more is that I bought a handbag after this specific order and it has been delivered already but the other package that a ordered more than a week back hasn’t been delivered. It’s really frustrating cause I tried communicating with them but I’m not getting a clear answer. If they can’t deliver they should let me know and send my money back cause I don’t even think I’ll be purchasing online from them ever again. The service is very poor because if communication from them is not well.
