Dirty Change rooms in Sandton City

The change rooms and general store in Sandton City is very dirty. I went there on a Monday and the change rooms were not a nice place to try on clothes in. The floor was dirty, the change rooms were broken.

For the price of the clothing and the Zara reputation, I would expect there to be some maintenance.
