Debited twice !!!!!!!!!

Zara is by far the worst retail store! It’s so unfortunate they have amazing pieces but the people that work there have such a bad attitude! Treating customers like they not the ones parting with their hard earned money !!!!!!!!!!!!! So when Zara online came about I was excited because I wouldn’t have to deal with the rude sales people in store ! Shocking customer service!! Trust Zara online be just as frustrating! I purchased something online on the 16th Nov ! They charged me twice for the same order ! The second transaction went off on the 26th at 00:27am!!!!!!! Same amount ! Same Ref! I need my money back ! It’s month end ! I have bills to pay!!! I will not put my credit record on the line because of ZARA!!!!!! I will never shop at ZARA!!!! I also see I’m not the only one with this problem !!!! What a horrible retailer with horrible employees! With absolute no care for customers ! Disgusting !!!!!!!!!
