Damaged goods

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I purchased a bottle of perfume from your Sandton store a few months ago. I took it to the Eastgate branch and they advised they cannot assist!!<br> I have used it a few times as I love Zara perfumes. I tried to use it one day and the nozzle that the perfume comes out of- just stopped working. At no stage did I damage this - it is a faulty product and why do i now lose out on more then 3/4's of a bottle because of your fault!<br> This is unacceptable!!
