Customer service not important

I bought a pair of pants 6 weeks ago that I wanted to exchange. I have the slip and it is still unworn, yet no effort was made by the Zara staff to assist me in any way, no alternative solution was presented. The shop assistant was rude. I won't support Zara anymore.
