Customer service
I went to east gate Zara to buy a men’s suite for my daughter. The sales people on the men’s side never bothered to assist us, they were just busy discussing us and surprised why a men’s suite for a girl. The lady at the ladies fitting room behaved the same. Looked shocked and surprised. There were items we could have bought but my daughter just wanted out. Was not impressed about the behaviors at all. Zara is a big store with civilized young stuff. Disappointed with the behaviors and would encourage management to emphasize this during customer care training that they can’t judge the customers. They need to services them irrespective of their personal believes. Same as they’ve managed to deal with the colour issue, as much as I still think xenophobia is still an issue because we get to be asked if we’re South African or not.
